The Department of Accounting and Finance is one of the academic departments under the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences. It plays a central role in advancing teaching, research and community engagement in the fields of accounting, finance and related disciplines, and is committed to producing graduates equipped with the analytical, ethical and practical skills that academia, industry and the public sector demand.
The department is staffed by ten qualified academic staff with specialisations in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, financial management and economics. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical application it supports high-quality learning, research supervision and consultancy services.
