The Department of Nursing and Midwifery prepares competent health professionals committed to advancing patient care, maternal and child health and community well-being. Its programmes combine classroom instruction, clinical practice and professional ethics to equip students with the knowledge and skills required in modern healthcare settings.
Through teaching, research and service in affiliated hospitals and community facilities, the department contributes to national health priorities and supports the development of a skilled nursing and midwifery workforce.
