The law governing relationships between private individuals and entities, offering the Certificate and Diploma in Law.
The Private Law Department is a core academic unit within the Faculty of Law, focusing on the body of law that governs relationships between private individuals and entities. Its primary aim is to equip students with a deep understanding of the legal principles that regulate personal, contractual and property relations in both domestic and international contexts.
The department currently offers both the Certificate in Law and the Diploma in Law programmes.
