Public Law
Undergraduate and postgraduate law, including the LLM in Human Rights and the PhD in Law.
The Public Law Department offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The undergraduate programme leads to the award of a Bachelor of Laws degree, while the postgraduate programmes include the Master of Laws in Human Rights and the Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
The department's work concentrates on the units operating under its authority, namely the Faculty of Law Postgraduate Unit, the Faculty of Law Examination Unit, the Faculty of Law Research Unit and the Faculty of Law Quality Assurance Unit. The Public Law Department supervises and monitors the performance of those units.
